By submitting your drawing

I give my consent for the drawing to be used in an art project by Aerocene. This art project may use information provided at the point of submission.

I understand that notwithstanding the consents I have provided above, my drawing/s may not necessarily be adapted for use in the artwork. I acknowledge and agree to release the Aerocene Foundation, Serpentine, the people of Salinas Grandes and their licensees and assigns from any liability to me or my child/children now or in the future (including in copyright, negligence, defamation, breach of confidential information or invasion of privacy) in connection with their participation in this art project and the use of my child’s/children’s drawings in accordance with this consent form.
